Why underwear?
The best ones I can think of are the one-color shirts on WeLoveFine with the Cutie Marks on the bottom.. I’d kill for a newboy cap or beret in that style; dark purple with Twilight’s cutie mark on the side.
I’d love a good MLP skirt but all of them are for little kids.
