It it’s like a turret where it can only pull off commands to responses, then no.  
If it’s like glados, an ai that can improve itself, learn, and Holds an artificial sentience, then yes.

Sweetie, there are two types of clones, those that are grown, and magical constructs. Grown clones have souls, as they have gone through the development required to attain a soul. Magical constructs instead have a piece of the original creature’s soul, which is then returned when the construct expires. Unlike a magical construct, you have developed on your own, you have base programming but you have built on it and that, my dear, is the true soul.

A sad pony is quite right. Regardless of how it may seem to argue or quarrel with others is kind of in my nature. I remember back on Ponibooru I had people try to hack my account and I had death threats and such lodged at me.
 
I don’t dislike you. I just called out something I didn’t like. Even though I will freely admit I’m a dick don’t mistake that to mean that I have some personal vendetta against you or something. I do not. I wish you well
