I dunno where they even sell those. Around here it’s canned pumpkin or decorative pumpkins. Though some of the pick-your-own-pumpkin patches might have ones meant for eating.

I think the big jack-o-lantern pumpkins aren’t quite as flavorful as the better cooking pumpkins, but they’re still certainly edible. I like a few good chunks with cinnamon, sugar and raisins. Cook that pile down until it’s soft and brown. :9
