Notoriously Divine Tagger - Consistently uploads images above and beyond the minimum tag requirements. And/or additionally, bringing over the original description from the source if the image has one. Does NOT apply to the uploader adding several to a dozen tags after originally uploading with minimum to bare tagging.

Worldbuilding Addict
This episode has some pretty dark implications on a rewatch, but I think that this image specifically is what seals it. Especially the two illustrations in the top right corner -- the sad, droopy-looking tree that is still visibly a former pony and then the arrow pointing back to flower and literally all but saying that after you catch this disease you'll spend the rest your life infecting other people.

Who knows, maybe they caught some mutant strain of swamp fever (orchard fever?) or maybe swamp fever reacts oddly to strong earth pony magic (if we're going with the theory that earth ponies are connected to the land and natural life).
