Man this is cool. It looks like a background image from one of those ambience videos with a still image, maybe some flickering candle-light and some atmospheric sounds appropriate to the image.

@sixtyfour, look at the trixieville background. Most of these “concept design” backgrounds are extra-detailed for purposes of easier envisionment, they streamline it for creation in the show.
