I have Darius 2 on my MAME (Multi-Arcade-Machine-Emulator)

Still play G Darius from time to time.  
Couple of the bosses I always enjoyed fighting.  
Queen Fossil (huge boss, but surprisingly easy to beat which made for a fun fight), and Dimension Diver. That was a weird fight.

this reminds me so much of the first aparoid encounter in Starfox Assault
