…Bullshit. I have an appreciation for nature. I have personally fed live mice to snakes. I don’t find violence among animals fascinating, I find it a mildly unsettling necessity.
Who says she would be disturbed, she lives around animals practically 24/7 next to the Everfree, this would be out of the ordinary for anypony not named Fluttershy.
Again, shy, scarred of death and humiliation, not squeamish around animal violence.
This is why Fluttershy is so badass. She may be a little nervous in front of a crowd, but the think she must deal with caring for animals would probably freak out Rainbow Dash.

Well, they do kinda of live in a dndish universe anyway. I mean, between hydras, sea serpents, Quarray eels, Manticore, Cockatrices and etc, and adventure would have plenty of stuff to kill.
I love how she’s all “they are fighting for the right to eat us, ain’t that fascinating?!”.
@ALIS: Nopony else was cringing at her feeding fish to otters. Here, the violence is apparently horrifying enough to make the other five main ponies sick.
And she’s staring intently.
So Fluttershy is disturbingly into watching two animals maul each other in apparently HORRIFYING ways, or the rest of the cast is out of character for being disturbed by it so much. Take your pick.
