“Paint the halls with ra-a-ainbows, da-da-da-da-da-fa-la-la-la”
Imagine, the tree painted in rainbow colors, the individual branches each a slightly different shade than the one next to it. The tinsel made of cloud draping the tree like icicles. The white lights reflecting off the tinsel. The halls lined with warm white lights, the gentle glow giving a sharp contrast to the grim duties of the workers. Even the failures seem to be cheerful, able to take thier minds off their fate for festivities. The cooks make a huge pork roast stew, the failures get less good food of deviled eggs and potato pancakes.
