Love the insanely-long hair too.
I think it is, looks just like Rarity’s mane usually does in the rain and it’s a little shiny like Twilight’s and Sunset’s. (Though I think the rain on a Monday was a convenient way to make her resemble Pinkamena, because we don’t know if her human self ever does that)
Too bad Rarity’s already dried her hair and tried (unsuccessfully) to fix it before we saw her.
