Blushing not related to embarrassment, hearts appearing around the character, that sort of thing. Plus not already being into someone else (i.e. another of these shorts show SciTwi is still into Timber, and the movie has Sunset openly happy about their relationship).
But mostly I am against "they touched affectionately" being used as shipping fuel, especially in shows where the characters all touch each other a lot anyway.
