I don’t think they’re rich enough for that, but Rarity’s business contacts could very well put her in the path of various perks. Maybe she’s chums with someone who is rich, and they’re just ok with her borrowing their boat?

That’s the impression I got when I saw this for the first time. I mean, up here in Canada, there are boats in pretty much any place there’s a lake or ocean that take tourists on tours of the area…..
