So pictures trolling Flash fans or Starlight fans get deleted, or bashing the characters themselves, get deleted, but this instead gets posted twice? Yaaaaay…
@ChuymaruZ
I like Starlight and Glimmer, but I can found at least 20 big problems with Sunset character, even most of them when she is now “The good girl one”. If you make happy, Starlight has at least the double than Sunset, but her flaws are an appeal to me, unlike Sunset.
@ChuymaruZ
Nice straw man, my dude. I have lots of problem with sunset’s character while I love most things about starlight’s. I can’t speak for everyone but in my experience, Most of glimmerfags, including me aren’t just insecure, overzealous enough to unnecessarily shat on other people’s favorite character. y’know, unlike those autistic sunsetfags.
Is anyone really taking this ‘canon/not canon’ thing seriously? I would like to think not, but some comments seem to hint genuine offense, which seems silly. I mean, if the reasoning is that the EQG stuff doesn’t seem to affect the main pony-verse in any way, you could just as easily say some actual episodes (like Luna Eclipsed, Tanks for the Memories, Princess Spike, the Hearts Warming episodes, and all the others that apparently didn’t have any lasting impact on anything, if I’m not just forgetting stuff) are ‘not canon’ either.
It’s a big, fun collective world, whatever points of contention one may have with it, from your Flash Sentrys and Prince Bluebloods (remember him?) to the all-fixing rainbow magic (based on people getting along, mind you) that apparently holds everything together, and to go to war in comment sections over the parts you don’t like is a weird way to respond to a joke like this picture.
@Sunset’s Minion
Canon status doesn’t matter in this case. She’s canon in my heart. Besides, if she actually does appear in the show alongside Twilight and Starlight for some big magical gathering or whatever her detractors will still deny her “canonical” status anyway. So it’s a waste of emotion.
If it helps she’s more “canon” than the comics due to being closer to the original medium and creative team behind them.
