Katie doesn’t write for the series anymore now. Though considering all the ire/drama/controversy her last few stories were getting on Derpi’, alot of members here don’t seem to mind, and now seem to just complain about the art, or rather only one artist, but I don’t wanna get into that drama instead of the writing.
It’s hard to believe there was a time when the comics weren’t so controversial.

oc:katie cook. It’s also tied to theprincess spike (episode)tag, so someone should update that now since she’s been in more than that episode now.Isn’t she based on Katie Cook’s cameo OC from the comics? (I remember there was some fan drama over that.)
