Well, yes. The point is it’s a cheap trick. The original 9mil or so reblog/likes were from a post saying “reblog if you love your mother”.
 
After the US elections, someone changed the title (anyone reblogging can edit the entire message) to an Obama celebration post.
 
And in the last 70 or so notes (cba to find out who) someone changed it to this brony stuff.
 
Cute. Sadly a lot of people will actually not notice the switcheroo.
