Not sure what the rest of the universe has planned - multi-person undertaking we have here - Personally, I always imagine Sombra in this universe as a shifty and silent (yet kind of charming) chemistry teacher at Crystal Prep. Sombra has some shady dealings on the side, though he's smart enough to be discreet about it. - Professor Sombra and Principal Cadence clash a lot but they have a weird sort of camaraderie that makes students who don't know she's married think they're sleeping together. They're not of course they just snip at each other and occasionally play poker together.
Of course this isn't EXACTLY canon at the moment but that's what I think.
