Being harshly critical of an artist in moderation is fine. It’s only when it oversteps those lines that it becomes unacceptable.

Teasing aside, I agree with your entire statement. (For once.)

Will reiterate what has been said and state that you can critique an artists style all you like (though if you hate it so much you do it on every image you should just hide the tag) but attacks on the artist themselves is not appropriate.

I think he was mocking the other ones below who were bashing him. (Like that “duck pony” remark.) Alot of people here seem to be getting very touchy about Fosgitt’s art.
 
Back before the Fosgitt drama, I remember I made a similar remark, “This is what G5 MLP should look like.” (If you look at his earlier issues, and art, they used to never get hate on this site. I’m curious what happened.) Though, I doubt that’d work now, seeing as many fans seem to loathe his art style with every fiber of their being now.

Hey, as an anonymous poster I wasn’t criticizing him, I just didn’t know what the artist looked like until now. I can honestly say I wouldn’t mind an entire MLP spinoff drawn and animated in his art style.

Oh look– the brave, brave anonymous posters can’t let even a single image go by without crying about it.
