Yeah, the “Pony POV Series” by Alex Warlorn. In it, Lemon Hearts can summon familiars based off of lemons. Her most common one is the “Angry Mother Lemon.”
 
Check the fanfic out. But a bit of a warning: it’s really, REALLY big, and Lemon Hearts doesn’t show up until much later in the fanfic.

Alternatively, this scene actually could be from “Princess Spike”. We know Spike takes over for Twilight so she won’t be disturbed. Perhaps she’s catching up with familiar faces while Spike is in charge, like a reunion at Celestia’s School for Gifted Unicorns (the trading cards suggest these unicorns went to the same school as her). We also have the fact that this and the shots of Spike facing an angry mob both take place in Canterlot. But that also brings into question Pinkie’s presence in another shot with Minuette.
