@Dirty Bit
And I bet her family will suffer for it. It’s one of those “You didn’t help them when you had the chance, so now we’re free to hurt you” scenario.
@AstralFrankie
That combined with her friends being at stake pretty much justifies her actions. At this point it was either do or die for her. She was pretty much out of options anyway.
@darknessRising24
Did Twilight not bother to see the look on Trixie’s face when she was charging the spell? Did she forget that someone told Trixie about knowing all her moves? Yes, she almost got her neck snapped, but that just added fuel for her anger to cloud her judgment.
“Emotions are the greatest hinderance towards judgment and duty.”
@AstralFrankie
You do realize that she was very low on energy right? At that point she didn’t have many options, not to mention the fact that the fatigue was getting to her and her friends were on the line, at that point there wasn’t much she could do.
That wasn’t “ Hook. Line. And sinker.”, that was a last-ditch effort.
And again, SHE ALMOST GOT HER NECK SNAPPED, she had to use something that would put her down immediately before she tried using that voodoo doll again!
@darknessRising24
Which is what the bad guys were banking on. Celestia tends to withhold important information. And they used it to their advantage. If Twilight would have been able to keep her emotions in check, she might have thought better of using power and stuck to using her brain. Hook. Line. And sinker.
@AstralFrankie
Twilight? She had every right to be angry at the moment, her sister withheld information about the magic and as a result TWILIGHT ALMOST GOT HER NECK SNAPPED.
And then when she recovers her sister starts praising the enemies abilities?! Not to mention Twi was basically on her last leg and low on energy. So it’s understandable why she’d be very desperate at this point.
Twilight, for being so smart, you are so stupid. “Anger is a weapon only for one’s opponent.” Trixie baited the trap and you fell hook, line, and sinker.
Now, what the hell is up with Applejack? Who the hell was that girl with the Egyptian garb? At this rate, others will have to interfere in order for Applejack to unlock her Element and even have a remote chance of beating Luna.
The doll has white panties just like Twilight does.
That green magic really looks like it’s pulling her pants down just a little to take a peek at her panties.
Trixie you fcking btch! How dare you make Twilight cry of pain?! You better consider yourself lucky that I wasn’t nearby because if I were, I’d have shot your f*cking head!!
Actually she did cheat, she gave Twilight that hat and robe for the fight just so she’d have a way to send her attack back at her if she ended up on the losing end.
She she basically set up a trap before the duel even started because she knew she couldn’t win.
Not to mention the fact that she basically threatened her friends lives just for the sake of getting even with her.
She never broke the rules they agreed to, just twisted them. In a duel of magic, that kind of “cheating” is pretty much standard, I would think. If the duel were about slugging it out with brute force you could settle the problem with a fistfight. For mages, you have to outwit somebody to make it count.
@PonyPon
Even then, having all of this be weighed in Trixie’s favor is just plain one-sided. Sure, it’d be the same if Twilight had it, but the difference is that Twilight is the main character and Trixie isn’t, meaning Twilight is destined to beat her.
