Just interpret it as Twilight having found one of the first editions of a book with a printing error on the title.  
The full title is “All About Dragons and How to Cook Them A Delicious Gem Meal!” But printing error caused the title to be too big to fit~
 
Twilight just couldn’t help grabbing the rare error copy when she heard of it. And is completely oblivious to any social awkwardness that may result from it~ =3

That book title absolutely RUINS an otherwise good piece of artwork :c
