Nah. There are also countless surveys and studies that show women are more attracted to married men. In fact, it’s long been a little “trick” of men to wear wedding rings and pretend to be married in order to get laid.

I can track it down if anyone wants me to but I recently read a study which pretty much proved the concept. They had a group of women and their male friends surveyed on various things. Largely the women said “Oh, we’re just friends. It’s not like that at all.” and were not interested in ever pursuing a sexual/romantic relationship and generally held the man in low sexual esteem. Conversely, the men were generally attracted to the women and held them in relatively high sexual esteem and desired a romantic/sexual relationship with them.
 
The truth is, most of your guy friends want to fuck you and most of your female friends don’t want to fuck you.
 
Booze is always a wild card though.

the friendzone concept makes me think of like the shadow zone from Yu-gi-oh for some reason like you win a friendship duel and send them to the friendzone where they’re trapped forever in this weird space with people being all friendly to you all the time…and I officially have no idea where I’m going with this train of thought anymore
