You are seriously abusing the word ‘rape’ if you think it applies to what’s depicted in this image and what you described. No, it absolutely is not on the same level and any actual rape victim would be right to slap you for even suggesting it.
Well at the very least it should be some kind of harassment then. Considering Derpibooru doesn’t have–to my knowledge–a stratified list of categories for sexual harassment the only tag available that’s appropriate is the rape tag.
And I would call this rape because the guy is chained up, his magic restrained, and he clearly doesn’t want a thing to do with what she’s doing to him. Yeah okay so she’s not smacking him in the balls or anything but it’s still on the same level.
