I always found Twi saying that odd, it didn't make sense with how it was so far away from anything pony.
I think it might of been an oversight in the script.
Also I said part of the lands from Gauntlet of Fire, they did cross a body of water at one point and as I said, the area called Dragon's Den is on it's own land mass on the map.
