That’s not what I said. Walls of text can be just as bad as the writers often use the length and detail of their comment as an excuse for poor logic.
Be it massive blocks of text or a series of back and forths, criticizers usually just get shot down with the same insults that prompted the explanation.
It seems like alot of times that justification for positions in the last thing anyone is interested in.
I could formulate the rant I’ve got brewing about a particular character design, but I I’m reasonably certain I’d just be called an irrational bandwagon negative regardless.

Comparisons to things you commonly looked down upon is a very easy way to avoid actual insightful criticisms and often make you look either immature or like a bandwagoner. If you had any actual, specific, not lazy criticisms, your comment might actually hold value.
It does tend to help when you see them in action with the other stuff to really tell if they fit.

I don’t think it’s an oversight. I have reason to believe several cutie map locations were originally “beyond Equestria” during early development of season 5 but it was later decided that all these locations had to be “technically in Equestria”, so that the voyage in the movie would have more significance. This is just a guess though, and the only evidence I have is a line of dialog that was cut from the season 5 premiere.
As many pointed out, over many of the things people are getting upset about, at lest wait for an actual trailer showing us stuff.

I think the author here just wanted to make a parody of how a part of this fandom use to overreact, and in the same time he explained very well how it’s wrong to call the movie a S4 finale rip off, especially if it hasn’t even been released yet

They probably have a situation similar to the USA: They call themselves “America” as a nation, but the continent is also called that.

I always found Twi saying that odd, it didn’t make sense with how it was so far away from anything pony.
I think it might of been an oversight in the script.
Also I said part of the lands from Gauntlet of Fire, they did cross a body of water at one point and as I said, the area called Dragon’s Den is on it’s own land mass on the map.

And I’m with you on that. By making it a straw man, OP isn’t helping his cause at all, and he wouldn’t need to make it one in the first place.
And to help with that assessment of how the sides are acting, I’m on the side of it not being a ripoff, just having some points the same, and I’m pointing out a mistake with the argument it’s not the same.
But the dragon lord refers to the assembled dragons as the “dragons of Equestria”.
And Twilight flat out says Griffonstone is a part of Equestria.
