except most anons are standing tall and strong at 6 feet, 180 lbs with less than 10% body fat and has a penchant for casually wearing a nice shirt and tie–WHICH I”M NOT.
I’m 5 feet 7, 170 lbs at 25% body fat. I wear ugly tracksuits, plain t-shirts, striped sweaters, or even a loose, long sleeved asian style top, anything BUT a normal ‘office’ clothing.
