This image has so many things wrong

The whole leaving Sunny Flare out is really getting old and annoying. (And seeing Twilight here doesn’t help)
Why the color changes? They don’t work. Reminds me of those NES Jason Vorhees sprites.
And what bothers me the most are these pixel like images are so cheap and feel like no effort has gone into these.
I really don’t like images like these adding nothing new or unique aside from cheap color changes. And this is coming from a beginning artist.

I think these are complementary colours (although it doesn’t work considering Sugarcoat looks purple to me).
