Friend of mine bought a cheapo, knockoff Makita cordless drill as a backup machine. Box showed it used standup batteries and came with a charger. In reality, it was an old-school Makita knockoff that can’t stand up and had no charger. Obviously, he took it back. The next three machines were the exact same story.

Well, it IS a Central Pneumatic [read: Harbor Fright] piece, so it might take batteries, orphan tears, or (and I know from experience) the blood of an ASE-certified mechanic.
They’ll chooch before too long, then they too will have their stick on the ice and their dick in a vice. Hopefully it won’t take any persuasion of Canadian pesos…
