Sunset was shown to be able to play a guitar, she and all her friends sprouted sporting skills (including motocross and archery), and most of CHS became musicians, all out of nowhere as far as the audience knows. What makes you think the sirens don’t have skills of their own?  
If nothing else, as @angrybrony said, they could get careers in looking pretty. My first guess is Adagio using her cunning and manipulative know-how become a ruthless corporate executive.
