Listen, i know the fact that one day technology will surpass natural behaviours in body efficiency. But for now, we have to stick with what we got.
As said below, people who admire "natural" stuff aren't all primitivists. They just feel comfortable and happy around some stuff they deem natural, and it doesn't necessarily have to be literally all kinds of natural stuff, such as killing and raping (i don't know where you got that from) and bleeding. It's just that technology has chipped off most corporally demanding things, such as the ones mentioned before, and given us space for our more harmless bodily functions.
