Heh, that would be hilarious.  
Though I used to think it would be even better if years from now he became dean of Canterlot’s University or something, while still looking like a baby. Then he’d struggle to guide and give advice to the students while being irritated at how they treat him like a cute kid. Reminds me of Negima, difference being that with Spike it’d actually make sense because its fully possible that his body will remain like this for decades/hudreds of years.

…That would make a catchy title for a sitcom, actually. “My grandpa is a baby dragon!”. Featuring hijinks like 80-year-old Spike going as schoolboy to Elementary school in order to make sure his grandchildren are doing okay.

I wonder how many people have considered the possibility of his body actually taking that long to develop, while his mind continues to do so at the speed is has until now. I mean, he acts like someone his supposed age (10-14 aprox, maybe?), but regardless, his body is still supposed to be that of a baby for his species.
 
So given we know dragons live for a long fucking time (a nap can last 100 years apparently), then what if 100+ years from now Spike still looks like this? While at his current rate, his mind would already be of a 100+ year old pony…who still looks lika a baby. How frustrating would that be?
