ah yes, the kirkegaard school of adorableness theory. i myself have never really ascribed to that or the richard schechner/judith butler theory of performative pony adorableness. i identify more with rousseau’s theory that adorableness in inherent in ponies but can be corrupted by society and a disconnect from nature.
True, but everypony is that at some point.
The way I see it, there are two states of existence- the “adorable” and the “metadorable”. Cheerliee is more often than not high in the “adorable” range, but can pass into “metadorable” as seen here.
