I don’t think their genitals are your business, and genitals aren’t relevant anyway. They are agender, neither a he nor a she in their mind.
I dunno how to explain nonbinary genders to you. Maybe googling it would help? :’)

Excuse my ignorance, but i still don’t get this “them” thing.
Biologically, is Ultra Violet a he or she? Or is it a truly genderless pony, whereas the lack of genitalia and hormones makes for a mixed appearance?
Their special talent is making things cute. Kind of similar to Rarity’s talent.
