Yup =P This isn’t intended to be Fallout:Equestria canon ^^; For whatever reason, it’s just fun to draw an adorkably clueless Twilight in the Fallout universe.

Yes, she was technically dead, though actually, she had been merged with Trixie, along with several others, to form the Goddess. Her spirit was released after Littlepip and Xenith detonated that balefire bomb underneath her.
 
Also, Twilight was not the cause of the war that ended with the megaspell attacks. It was her experiments that created taint, and it was the interruption (megaspell hitting Splended Valley) of an experiment with Trixie that caused the creation of the Goddess.

I thought Twilight was long dead in the Fallout: Equestria universe (and she basically caused it to happen due to some kind of accident during an experiment or something)…
