Oh, son, no offense intended, but you really must need the practice if you think this is hard to read. Their handwriting is practically a computer font against some of the smudged squiggles I’ve ruined my eyes trying to identify.

I think it’s more along the lines of, “How the heck does she store her hair in that hood?”

[what about, stocking up on or storing something]

[that’s the state of this head]
One possible transliteration: FWOOSH (hood comes off) So that’s how she stores her hair.
