This is due to gif only having a precision of 1/100.
You can have 0.01 which gives 100 fps.
or go 1 step lower to 0.02 which gives 50 fps.
There’s nothing in between … unless you alternate between 0.01 and 0.02 for some frames. But most, if not all, of these gifs don’t do that.

I guess I can say it’s in PAL mode, right now.
1/0.02 gives 50. So this animation is 50 fps.
