Agreed! And it seems like that’s the case because she’s married which is a shame because I love Cadence as a character and it seems like the focus on her begins and ends w/Shining Armor, Flurry Heart and Twilight which sucks because she really has a lot that I find interesting about her an orphan Pegasus raised by Earth Ponies ascending when she’s still a kid and having to learn how to be a royal and going to live with Celestia despite not knowing her? Awesome story potential wasted and there’s no thought given to her before the present aside from cute babysitter for Twilight to play with and Shining Armor to have a crush on.

That seems like a damn good story.  
Mac lying in his newly adopted laconic way and actually getting away with it.  
Applejack knowing he’s lying and trying to oust him and Cadence.  
Cadence semi trolling everyone.  
Granny trying to set Mac up with any mare possible(Carrot Top, Cheerilee, any of the Flower Trio, Fluttershy, Mayor Mare).  
And in the end he ends up pretending to be involved with the purple coated blonde unicorn mare from the episode. It’s Cadence in disquise.  
And Granny believes Applejack just made all that up to get back at Mac for some noodle incident that involved her hat.

The world need more crack pairings for Cadence. For some reason, there aren’t a whole lot of pairings for Cadence (maybe except for Cadence/Shining and Twilight Sparkle/Cadence). O_O

I’m happy you think so! I have quite a few crackships for Cadence - Big Macintosh, Blueblood, Sassy Saddles, and a few others. I ship her w/others more than I do with Shining Armor haha! (though I do love Wife Horse/Husband Horse too)

This seems like an interesting pairing if not crack pairing. ^^

I was going to before but I didn’t see a tag for it so I figured it was probably okay but yeah I decided to just put fanart/fake comic cover like I had wanted to before… oh and thanks glad you thought it was cute~

It’s cute enough to get a free pass from me, but you might want to put a tag in there just in case folks get up in arms about it being/not being real.

On a whim, I had decided to make a comic cover based on the idea I had after watching ‘Where The Apple Lies’:
 
‘… Okay so, five minutes after the episode ends Apple Bloom asks if Big Macintosh has ever had a story about lying. Applejack gets the most evil grin on her face and tells the story about how Big Mac went through tons of shenanigans to lie to Granny Smith about not having a girlfriend when the rebellious, flirtatious, wild child Princess Cadence ran away to town for the week to surprise her boyfriend during the summer. So many hijinks. It’s an 80’s romantic comedy in the purest form you can find.’
 
They’re hiding in the bushes at night to sneak some time in together that’s peaceful and not full of wacky antics. <3
