True, true, I forgot myself, but she's either_*really_* good at hiding her fear, or she's in a pretty rational state in the preview. Either way, I should wait until the episode airs.
Better worded version: It doesn’t justify her actions, no, but it does give us a reason: she was panicked, and not at all in the right state of mind. Starlight, on the other hand, looks pretty calm, even proud of her work here
