Zephyr Breeze will try to skive off work at every opportunity but Babs is always on guard and threatens to tell Fluttershy.
There’s also a slight error with Babs’ cutie mark. Most people make this mistake and don’t notice it but her cutiemark has a hidden apple in it. The handles of the scissors look like a sliced apple (with seeds and a leaf sprouting from it).

Small details like that I never notice unless they’re pointed out. Do people actually talk to strangers at that kind of distance, normally?

I thought it was Twist whose voice actress was no longer available.
Seriously, this needs to happen.
That doesn’t make a lot of sense to me, honestly. Besides the fact that they both style manes (something we haven’t even seen yet with Babs), they’re two completely different characters.
Since I don’t follow the show/staff news very well, I dunno why Bab’s voice actress wouldn’t be able to voice that character again if she makes another appearance.
Babs was the 4th CMC and Zephyr is, himself. I don’t think you can replace one with another.
If something ever happens to Twilight, Starlight Glimmer or more likely Rarity will have to step in and fill that role, but shhh nobody is supposed to know that yet.
