I could imagine her being the leader of some sort of really small and obscure political activist group. She would be well meaning but very ineffectual at spreading her message and attracting new membership, with her group spending most of their time handing out pamphlets at the mall or sitting around their meeting place getting bored waiting for phone calls that never come.

It is a nice design, but I seriously can’t imagine Starlight wearing anything like that. Recently Starlight flat out dismissed Hearth’s Warming Eve because in her eyes, the celebration was just one big excuse for spending and extravagance so I get the feeling she likes things rather simple.
I keep imagining Starlight to go out in something utterly boring like a plain t-shirt and baggy chino, a drab hoodie and straight jeans or heck, a discount tracksuit set–matching jacket and training pants and everything. As for shoes, whatever cheap and casual.
