I don’t think those short skirts would have gone over too well in the Victorian period. It is pretty obvious that these are supposed to be Victorian dresses.

singing voice instead of Kazumi Evans (she did Luna’s singing voice in the song
“You’ll Play Your Part” from Season 4, Episode 25: Twilight’s Kingdom - Part 1).
