Usually it doesn’t matter much. Generally all secrets have equal cost within a class, because they would otherwise be too easy to recognize. But if this card existed, you would pretty soon learn to note when the opponent spends 10 mana on a single secret.
I dunno, I sometimes lose track of my opponents mana use.

Being indestructible doesn’t stop it from being stolen by Kezan Mystic :P
I personally don’t find Reno that annoying, but this is not a joke; If such card really existed, it would have to be one of many 10-cost secrets (Also indestructible). Otherwise yes, it would be a nearly useless card, unless your opponent would accidentally play him…
Though I recognize this is just a joke perpetrated by someone with Reno frustration.
