This almost makes me wonder if Sans is gonna be a part of God Eater, considering the Massive Multiplayer Crossover aspect of it. Speaking of, I might want to read that some time. have you played xenosaga? cause Albedo is just the kind of completely insane mofo that would go great in your comics, I think. He is, in fact, one of the single best “insane” villains in any media. mostly because they realized that “insane” is more than just “murderous psychopath”

well if you come by a one called Tails of Xillia 1 or 2 i’d say pick them up i’d say they’re pretty much on per with Symphonia if not better. trust me it’ll be money well spent.

Complete apathy, the same thing I feel when I hear people saying such hollow, manufactured things as Lil’ Wayne being the most revolutionary rapper of this generation. Besides I don’t see Quiet proudly conveying her heavily sexualized femininity in a very positive light by being so badass she can toss “God” into the fucking sun…

Not helping matters is how the main villain is just so lame and boring he ruins the whole story, so much so that the final boss fight ends on a cliched pisser note. But in spite of that, Revengeace is still the only thing Metal Gear related I can enjoy, maybe it’s because it was the very first thing Metal Gear related I played….and going right from Rising to Solid I thought the real Metal Gear games were very much the great stories they were celebrated as…

Metal Gear Rising: Revengence was a lot of fun, even though I can’t parry to save my life. For a lot of the game it felt like the main character was an over the top parody of edgy original characters. Tearing out the spines of your enemies to recover health, really?
 
If it wasn’t for the save the children plot, Raiden would have probably been the bad guy in that game.

Long story short, Hideo Kojima is a bad writer, passed Stephanie Meyer bad. He thinks that by injecting enough quirks and off kilter action into his work is enough to be “the best ever” but any asshole can do that, you need more than razzle dazzle to make a good work of fiction. Even the dead serious tone of the story and heavy “war is bad” philosophy is just more smoke and mirrors to hide how terribly structured and sequenced these stories are. I’ve seen fan fiction writers that don’t get paid one dime for their work that can comprised better stories than this overpaid celebrity has, in fact to call him on par with fan fiction writers would be an insult to fan fiction writers!
