Pretty much. I’m the one who commissioned him. I kind of have a thing for cute girls (be they anthropomorphic or human) blowing things and not just whistles. It’s just something that developed in my childhood. I don’t know why I have this strange fascination but it’s there and I can’t get rid of it. Lol.
