It is a fetish. There are no rules, except what gets people off. It would kill boners if they suddenly stabbed their way out of the snake, so it does not happen.

the horn is blunt, and it is a cartoon snake so it can probably take quite a bit more abuse before getting stretched too far by the horn

im sure a horn or two can pierce through, look at stories of pythons dying from gazelles’ horns, and those were dead, these two are well and alive enough to pierce through and escape

rarity proved in princess twilight sparkle that horn magic can be doused, and there is quite a bit of liquid on it, also i doubt that her horn is sharp enough to do much more than cause it a severe tummy ache, given the shape shown in this picture
