Yeah, I guess you’re mostly right, but it’s not exactly anthro either. The uploader’s tagged it as semi-anthro, which feels more correct. So, there you have it: just block the Semi-Anthro tag.
I agree. Equine back isn’t that pronounced, in fact the column of a horse almost sticks out from below the skin. Ponies don’t have thighs that long and slender AND the hoof is lacking one division. I know that maybe I’m nitpicking here and there should be comparison between real and Pastel Colored horses, but even still while drawing them Ponies (at least when creating art inspired by them) one should try to stick to the show as much as possible when going for a Pony-like anatomy. I’m not trying to say that this pic doesn’t deserve credit. A lot of work was put on it and It is obvious, I’m just saying that I agree in Prof’s and his POV.

THIS is “just pony” anatomy? I have bad news for you, but you have absolutely no idea what is pony/human anatomy is(along with “anthro” meaning). I suggest you to study this question, before saying something.
Hint: look at her back, butt and top part of legs(not to say that for “usual” pony legs they are terribly broken).

Unguligrade Anthro is for anthro characters with hooves… but this isn’t anthro, it’s just a pony on her hind legs (which is covered by the Bipedal tag).
I did my own n n

Some variation in the poses would be nice.
