I find Appletaps sounding too much like a ship between applejack and tender taps = DOES NOT WORK.

I vote Appletaps, Tenderbloom just makes my brain want to read it as TRENDERbloom, which would be a whole different (and less interesting) thing. Appletaps is more distinctive.

Though I’m not one to ship, I’m partial to appletaps because it rolls off the tongue better than tenderbloom, in my opinion.
