I thought up of this alternate universe where Diamond Tiara is a pegasus and Silver Spoon is an unicorn. They bully Apple Bloom for not being able to fly or do magic, rather than bully her for not having a cutie mark.

Of interesting note: I once heard somewhere that Diamond Tiara was originally supposed to be a Unicorn and Silver Spoon was originally supposed to be a Pegasus.
