Rarity does have a tiny bit of gray in her coat contrary to initial perception. In this comic page, though, I think all she would need if she were to be fully colorized is to add more color saturation to her mane.
 
Rarity is slightly off white so that her eyes stand out some. But in my comic I can circumvent this by having them outlined, thus raritys radiant whiteness can be all blown out.

I like how Rarity seems to care more about Anon’s “tattered rags” than his injury. She sure cares about others, doesn’t she? Speaking of Rarity, looking forward to whatever interactions she’ll have with Anon.

Notice that she’s shaded in blue rather than Anon’s gray, and the saturated blue of her eyes and purple of her mane are nearby.
 
Our perception of any color is amazingly skewed by what it’s adjacent to, and white will look brighter when it sits starkly beside a color.
