Same thing I thought when she got her mark:
I honestly thought that the unicorns would just use their magic to lift the two of them… or at least lift Apple Bloom a reasonable distance before grabbing her hooves or something.

It’s still up in the air (heh) as to whether her inability to fly is due to a physical handicap or mental block.
Isn’t “Scootaloo is disabled” still currently a fan theory/headcannon? The show still hasn’t given us a full answer to that.
