If you looked at the tags you’d see that it’s based on both Wonder Woman AND Batman.
The costume and the horseshoes are very reminiscent of Batman, so it’s not terribly unreasonable for me to assume it’s based on both.
But, you know, I guess this idiot made the tags and reference a little too subtle.
