Why does this have a meiosis tag? I’m positive this should be mitosis, this isn’t making gametes. Granted, both are technically wrong, since she isn’t a single cell, but it’s still the closest thing this joke is referencing.

You’re correct meiosis is where one full cell produces 4 cells with half the chromosomal count while mitosis is where a full cell splits into two full cells.
 
However I’m mostly wondering which will is the evil twin as neither have a mustache.
